Just curious, is the agent ID a dialable number from another extension ? If so, does it follow the call forwarding rules of the "real extension number" of that phone ? If I don't ask I don't learn . Thanks for the reply . smile

No, the Agent ID is not considered an extension by the system. Its more of a PIN number assigned to someone so they can log in at any extension. Call forwarding will only apply to a call directed to a station extension. Now I am not up to speed on these newer versions like 9,8 and 7 so hopefully I am giving some accurate info. Alright MacGyver this is where you step in smile Oh and Mac thanks for the flare, I was getting a little lazy.

LMAO. Lazy? Not around here. It's not allowed. Like you I'm not up on the later versions as since Inter-Tel has gone Bill Gates on us, we don't use the later versions. Stay close RCA!!!!

Well if I understand yer situation, you should build an ACD hunt group for each Agent ID that is the same extension number as the Agent ID. Place the Agent ID in the hunt group and that Agent ID will ring when logged into any extension. To limit extension number dialing from CRA's use Digit Translation Nodes. They are kind of a pain in the ass, but they git the job done.

Thanks for all the help. I'm going to do some more research with the team that is requesting this and see which option works best for them.
thanks again!
