Afternoon All, I have a Mitel 5000HX, 5.1 SP2. There are (2) 5330 and (9) 5312 ip sets. A couple of the phones have one-way or no audio but only on intercom calls. External calls are fine. Seems odd that the problem would only be on internal and not external. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

If calls are good on handset but bad on speaker, then the problem is likely at the instrument. Have you checked for muting at both ends of the call? i.e. x 102 hears 103 on speakerphone but cannot speak to 103; x.102 may be muted for speakerphone. 102 can speak to 103 but can't hear 103; 103 may be muted for speakerphone.
98% chance of user error; 1% chance one or more bad instrument(s), 1% chance all other causes.

When a call is "bad" it is bad on both the handset and speakerphone.

make sure that the NAT address type in each phones IP settings is set to native. If the phone is not on the same LAN and is connecting through a firewall that setting should be LAN. Also make sure that the ICP IP address in the network settings in the phone itself is an internal IP address and not a public address that may be NAT'ed in the firewall. There are a number of things that can affect this.
