Here's the situation -
My boss, the network manager, has decided to install a Cisco call manager IP system in a remote office in Albuquerque.
I administer a network of 11 Axxess nodes, ranging from software version 7 thru 9, networked thru T1 and IPRC, with centralized voicemail at the corporate office in Seattle where I work.
The Cisco system is his baby and I've managed to keep out of it. Next week however, he's going to install this system and once it's running, he's going to try to network it to my Axxess systems.
To say I'm a little nervous is an understatement. I'd like to find some way to offer a hand, a knowledge base, some technical support, anything.
Is there anyone out there with experience networking a Cisco and Axxess? I've contacted Inter-Tel's ALBQ branch office and they have never done it before. Any suggestions? Praying is already on the list.

It does not work. The nightmare has just begun. Best of luck.
