Anyone having issues with this software. We are using version 12.2.20 and it's quite buggy. Older versions were not like this.

Ughh... We're getting ready for the migration in about two weeks upgrading from 10.7.11 currently. The interface is different enough that that in itself is daunting. Hate to hear that it's buggy, too...

We upgraded a few months ago and regret it. It's very buggy & the schedule board sucks now (has a couple upsides). I suggest against it.

We are in the middle of converting from another database software to v12r3 and alot ot the things they said would transfer directly through database conversion did not transfer correctly. We are now stuck with about 3 weeks of manual data entry before we can start to catch up with the orders that are piling up waiting to be entered since the start of the conversion.

I'm getting used to it, but it definitely IS buggy. I'm on the tech end, so what I can tell you is that we have tasks that disappear or change dates/times with no warning. There are CONTROL codes to open new tabs that only work about 60% of the time. Loading of the Dispatch Board and other views is quite slow, and the program will often hang and crash. View scalability is weird at best.
There are some positives about it. I do love the tabbed view so that I can have my service order open list, calendar, and specific service orders all open at the same time. It's a slow process of feeling comfortable with the new version for me, and I'm usually pretty quick to adapt to software. I get frustrated with it when it won't do what I think should be something obvious, like fully select the END TIME when I tab through in my time entry. But no - instead I have to stop, pick up my mouse, highlight the end time, and only then may I enter my time. Pain.
