Is there any way to have an iDcs 28D on an OS500 sound a reminder tone after 20 seconds when a line is placed on hold at that extension?

Hold timer is universal for all extensions, you set it to 20 seconds, any phone in the system that places a call on hold will recall at 20 seconds. You do have a park recall timer and an exclusive hold recall timer you can play with and maybe set one of them to 20 seconds, and teach the one extension how to use them.
