Anyone have instructions on setting up outbound caller ID on a DK424 with a PRI.
I need to have individual sets to show different caller ID.
Note: DID's do not match extensions if that matters.
ie: ext 205 has DID of 310-555-1234

In Program *69-2 you have 32 indexes for Special Number Assignments, this is your limit. In Program *69-2 select an index, use Type 2 for DATA, then enter your 11 digit number you want to send out. In Program *69-1 is where you assign station ports to use what index (from Program *69-2). Enter the station port number, enter the channel group number, then enter what index you want that phone to use. I believe that should be it. Let me know if that didn't work, there may be a COS setting I'm missing.

Yes I did see that in the manual I thought that couldn't be it because you can only entered 32 indexes but I'll give it a try and see what happens thanks

If you're using program 71 to route DID calls instead of program *09, you can change the digits in *09 for each station and allow program *69-2 to append the *09 digits to the prefix set in *69-2. This will get you around the 32 indexes limitation.

If you use that method, make sure you set your DATA Type to 1.
