Hey, the same thing happened to me with VM. The answer to my problem was I didn't do a full install of DOS. The batch files that initialize the system and call the voice mail app look for the DOS files mode.com, subst.com, chkdsk.exe etc. It bombed on me imtil I copied the files to the DOS directory. Voila! I hope yours can be so simple to fix...
