Team,
I seem to be running into a brickwall, trying to get a single keyset extention (x1253) to ring on multple phones at the same time (both 1253's primary phone & another keyset at x1231)
Inter-Tel Axxess v.8.1 is the ver of our system.
Any advice would be be most appreciated. Thanks!
Dave

To make several phones ring simultaneously, create an extension list. Then put that extension list in a hunt group and transfer the call to the hunt group. All phones will ring at the same time.
If you were to put each individual extension into a hunt group, they would ring in the order that you placed them in the group.
