Can anyone PM me the procedure on how to upload vox files onto the SVMi20e card. I have the audio already converted and my WIN 7 PC is using PUTTY software to link to the SVMi card and from the procedure I got from someone I am being timed out whilst waiting for data to be written

You can either use xmodem via lan/serial port from the port activity screen (not sure if putty supports this. I copied the hyper terminal files from a win xp machine and run that under win7)
Or put the svmi in backup/restore mode and ftp the file up.
You will then need to convert it to a pmt file with the buildpmt utility from a dos prompt on the svmi (or download that file and run it from your pc)

Samsung have a Tech Bulletin of this procedure. Let me know your email and I can send it to you.
