Just swapped out on old DK424 for a CIX670 and I have one extension out of 40 that isn't sending or receiving PDN info internally.
The extension receives CLID from external calls no problem but when called from another extension it doesn't display the calling ext's info and the same when calling out.
I'm sure it is a simple FB but I can't find it for the life of me.

Nope, nothing in that field and the PDN isn't in a HG with an over riding display number.

Try deleting it and re-creating the station in station assignments.

Sorry, I should learn to always wait to see for myself what the problem is before I start worrying about how to fix it.
Actual issue was no where near what I was told.
