We have an OS7400 that rings everywhere we want it. It will not allow DIDs to ring to VOIP phones. DIDs ring just fine to all 21** digital sets though. If we point a DID to a 32** VOIP phone, it's a no go.

As a test, we pointed 2147 to be a VOIP phone and assigned it a DID. That worked. However, we want to use the 32** sequence as should be able to work.

What could we be missing here? Our primary tech support hasn't ever seen something like this before. They are getting Samsung involved directly, but in the meantime, we need this fixed ASAP.

Any thoughts/help would be greatly appreciated!
