Is the TDE100 capable of blind transfer of a DID to an outside number as in a cellphone?

Yea, you need to point the DID to an extension that's forwarded out.

You can also define an ICD group as a call forward extension. You point the did to the 3 digit ICD number and it will seize a group (because you put 9+ in a CF-All definition) and transfer the call out.

By default in a TDA there are 64 defined (601-664) and 64 additional ICD groups. We usually just take a convenient number, like 300 more than the extension owner and make it the cell number.
