Customer that has a voicemail and when they try to call in to listen to it, it constantly rings (no VM menu prompts) and when they call in it says this voicemail is not configured.
What could cause this/resolve it?

Bad VM ports or VM as a whole and when they are calling in they are probably getting telco VM. No keyvoice has any menus that say VM is not configured.
