I'm hoping someone can help me. We are having problems with a Veritcal Wave 500 system that keeps dropping the PRI when it sits idle for a great length of time. I am the PRI provider and it is transported via fiber to the customer. We have changed out all patch cables at the site. When the circuit is looped back to the switch from the customer site it will restore. Thanks in advance for any help someone can provide.

I have not seen this. What type of PRI. Is it off traditional CO or some kind of soft switch?
