Hi guys: I have a KXTD816 and I am trying to put voicemail on it.This version does not have program 118 so I cannot assign a voicemail port through a handset. I connected to it with my laptop and using the programming tool I tried to enter (11) for voicemail intergration but I got an error message. Can voicemail be put on this version. P051I50130a. Thanks for any help.

Guessing not really. A v-0 could possibly tolerate in-band signalling, but it would be tons easier to spring the couple of hundred for a v-5 or higher.

What voicemail system are you using? Panasonic TVP's should be able to be used.
