Having fits with AT&T we are using BVoIP/SIP services from them and been trying to get the 911 working properly to no avail. They keep telling us that it cant be done based on what we send out. But were told previouly that if we had BOE's addressed specific then by sending that CLID out to the PSAP they would route correctly. Between the AT&T people that know and those that are part of the account team that don't I can get any info correctly inbound or outbound so this can be figured out.
We have a dozen or so external phones in our building across town and a few more that are in employees homes but they dont concern us because they know not to call 911 from the Toshiba phone. Is anyone else on an IP Edge using SIP trunks and have 911 working correctly?

AT&T told me the same thing a mountain resort we do, I wanted them to associate a address to cabins per the number and they said they couldn't do it, something about the kind of PRI it was.(FLEX)?? I do have a car dealership that uses PAETEC/Windstream PRI and they can do it ??
