This is a really strange problem. The time and date changed repeatedly over night on one of our customers SBX320 telephone systems. They corrected it and we sent techs to correct it about 3 times and the next day it has changed again. The time went from AM to PM in one instance. Another time, the date changed to one day ahead. What could cause this? Corrupt database? Hardware?

Could be corrupt data base. Could it possibly be operator error?

Brian, that sounds like something to look into. I didn't even know that you can set an SBX to automatically adjust to daylight savings time. Thanks.
