I have an Axxess 9.115.
Today, the time in the phone system went forward an hour. I have Enable Daylight Saving time set to No. The computers running the phone system all have the correct time.
I know the admin can set the time via the phone. What other way would it get set? Is there a computer the phone system gets its time from? Is there a phone log that would say how the time got changed?
Thanks,

I'd have to say that the system followed the daylight savings change, which would have happened on April 7th before the DST act of 2007, even though you have it turned off.
I think the Axxess is fairly buggy with time around the DST change. I frequently have issues with it. I never know what the time will be on the system after a DST time change, and if I need to make sure before the day starts, have to check it on Sunday, both for the new DST time change, as well as the old (ie. first Sunday of April).

Thanks for your reply. It gives me a better sense of what's going on.

Another issue I can remember is that some equipment shipped with Arizona as the local time zone, and they don't use DST. This caused all sorts of problems with the EM servers.
