Customer needs a personal daytime direct ringing line to also ring that phone when recept puts on regular night. At nite it goes right to his voicemail box but need it to ring phone for a bit. I did put the ext in direct ring day and night in station programming but still does it. Be darned if I can find how the voicemail is getting that line at night. Any thoughts?

Found it.... They had the voicemail port itself set to answer the co line at night.
