What should I be looking for as far as conference speaker phone that will work with my Nortel system.
We are using the following equipment: Compact ICS Cabinet w/R7.1 Software, Caller ID trunk Card, Call Pilot 100 R3.1 Voicemail, and T7316E Phones.
I am extremely new to a phone system, so I do not know what to look for when adding a conference speaker phone.Digital vs. Analog..ect.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's best to ask your local tech company for their opinion. It's also recommended that you have them order & install it.

The Nortel Audio Conf Unit will utilize a digital port and is a good option. Analog conf room speakerphones (Polycom for example) will require an ATA, which you probably have one internal to the CICS. If not, you will have to purchase one of those as well if you go the analog route.
