I have an eleite 192. The hard disk in the VMS card is making a lot of noise and I have had to restart the system often to get the VMS back on line (several times a week). The system only has a 16G HD in it. Can I replace this drive with any compatible drive (albeit, larger) and if so, will I lose all the VMS software or just VMS messages? I suspect the drive still works (mostly) although I havent tried defrag/check on it yet, can I just copy the contents on to a larger drive?
