Does anyone have the specs on the loop length for a 6416D phone off of a G650 with 24g wire? I believe the problem we are experiencing is a loop length limitation. I was tasked to find the problem as the "new" guy but nobody has any documentation. Current loop length for set experiencing issues is 5072 feet. I'm thinking I remember seeing a loop length limit of 4000'.

Thanks.

Jon

Jon...yep your stretching it..There are range extenders you can try..but easiest thing to do is double up your pair going to the station and see if it helps, we have done that in a couple of instances and it worked for us....
