How are you guys doing, Okay so since I decided not to become an Avaya dealer I don't have access to anything anymore. One of my Nortel BCM clients BCM50 got toasted, I have one on the shelf, but I need to get the license' transferred from the old sys ID to the new. Is there anyone that can assist.

You will have to contact either Avaya or more likely an Avaya direct partner. They will have to open up a ticket and get your codes changed. But then you have to return the bad unit is X number of days or you get charged for all the codes anyway.
