I need to put together a SOP for testing digital, analog and isdn lines once installed and programed.Basically a standard procedure to make sure it is programed correctly and the line works as it is suppose to. To include outgoing, incoming, internal, Special dial codes and dsn. Don't want to miss anything so i was wondering if anyone has A SOP put together for testing the PHone and lines. This is for a 81c mostly but could include other switches. either way the procedure should be the same. Thanks in advance..

sounds like you might want to get a telcom engineer involved. They write most of the telco's TPs.

Nortel has engineering service for a fee. I would suspect it's already written.

Bikechuck and jw are right. Engineers are MADE (born?) for this sorta thing. Good luck not missing anything because there are wayyy too many variables built into all the variables. Besides, how much time do you want to spend testing each individual phone? That sounds like what you are looking for.
Oowch. that would be very hard on the bottom line.
