We just provided a client with our message on-hold services, which they can hear through their phones as background music. They apparently have no manuals or information on their system and want to know if they can have something different playing for their background music. There's got to be a way... anybody know how? smile

Sorry, but only one MOH/BGM input on system.

If all else fails, use a BFH.

They can but what software version? How many cabinets do they have? There are MOH connecteors on CPU cards and OPC cards.

If the system has an options Card installed w\MOH port. The answer to the question is YES you can have a different background music on the system. It will take alittle bit of programming though.
Hope this helps

The manuals, should have been given to customer when the purchased system. That is Intertel policy. Just like all systems need to be licensed with Intertel.

I stand corrected, if option card you can have different sources.

Good Luck!!
