I have a customer with a an ADIX-M single cabinet that has the VMAC voicemail. I inherited this customer and have never done any programing (voicemail programing on the ADIX) outside of system manager DTMF stuff. Do I need software like the Programmer software to connect via the serial port? I just need to redirect the main menu "0" option and it appears I need to do that via a PC interface.
Any info would be much appreciated.

You need the proprietary VMI System Editor to make changes to the single digit options. If you do not have access to it, you'll need to contact your vendor.
