I have tried to set up email accounts that moved to Microsoft Office 365 Outlook accounts and finally just created a gmail account to use for sending out. I now have a customer with Hippa restrictions and they need to send from a secure account within Office 365. Has anyone determined the correct combination of info to set this up for a TVA??

Just curious if you have any updates to share ? Are you still using gmail in order to send out voice message ?

I know this does not help but we had the same issue with Office365 and had to fall back to using a Gmail account for the client. I was never able to find a combo of settings that would work with 365.
