Is 2500 VM access or is 2500 a Call Routing Announcement (press 1 for sales, 2 for accounting etc.)?

It sounds like a forwarding path has been altered, but this would have been done via PC access.

Thanks for the responses.

All of the voice mailboxes are still working locally - I mean from a phone internally you can check your messages, or dial in and enter "*" to check messages. It's just the forwarding that's not happening.

I tried dialing 2504 - nothing there ... and 2500 reaches the voice mail, 2502 is day routing and 2503 is night routing.

I'll try the monitor on the Voice Mail card tomorrow and also see what's up with the programming.

Thanks again. Any other ideas would be welcomed also.

Maybe there is a conflict in your forwding path/s causing it not to go.

As a follow up .... it started working again, so I'm not sure what I did to fix it - never did anything in programming, but the customer informed me that it worked again.

Still when I dial the greeting locally (2503/4) the same thing happpens, but .. oh well. MAGIC!

Thanks for all your advice...
