I searched my manuals and this forum to no avail. Is there a setting on a KX-TA1232 that will display the callers number first instead of the name? I can't imagine why my customer wants this, but mine is not to question why. They are using 7731 sets, thus all the data isn't available initially as it would be on a 7736.

Pressing the # key or the CID SELECT button, before answering, should toggle between NAME and NUMBER info.
Plus they got the wrong phones.
Pretty standard stuff, cheap out on the phones and then want Cadillac features.

you can go into pgm 900 there is a bit change to display number first

I know that's in 900 on a TD1232 but I haven't found it in a TA.

really I do have a need to load that program at my stage in biz but the TA is a dumb down ver of the TD so I bet if you look closely in help files you will find in in PGM 900
