Hello,
I have a small project where we are trying to connect a Generic SIP device to a Siemens HiPath 3000. I unfortunately know nothing about programming the HiPath but do have the SIP device configuration set accordingly. The Telecom manager has very little experience but access to the system.
Any advice would be appreciated.

I assume you have a HG1500 card with SIP licenses? You have to be a certain level of HiPath for SIP devices and trunks. Do you know what you are.
