Hi Everyone,
We have a Toshiba CTX-100 with an IVP8 R1 that handles our voicemail. Is there a way to see the number for the person who left a message?
Thanks, Caleb

The IVP8 does not show you the caller-id on the display. You will have to look to the Stratagy ES like an iES or MAS versions for that feature. The LVMU can do it too but you need release 4 or above on the processor. However, the IVP8 can read back the caller-id number if you have caller-id and SMDI integration.

When you say Caller-ID you mean the name or the phone number, correct?

Yes, the phone number and not the name.
