SV8100, ver 8 w/ an InMail.

Currently EXT 100 mailbox set to Number of Messages 99, wh is the highest amount allowed in an SV system. Once 99 is reached, the caller hears "that mailbox is full" and discontinued call. (older systems like the ASPIRE would allow 0-1000)

Customer receives a heavy amount of messages on EXT 100 throughout the weekend and there is a HUGE concern a message will be missed or not recorded.

What are your thoughts on how to fix this issue?

How about sending the messages as email and then set to delete?

Great suggestion to use Vmail to Email.

Also a great opportunity to sell a UM8000.

If the customer opted for the cheaper voicemail at install time, then it is now time to deal with it's limitations.

A Hyundai will not run like a Mercedes.

We avoid the UM8000 down here like the plague. Apart from Fax to email that the UM8000 does there is not much difference these days..

One thing we did on an Aspire S was to have messages go to different MBs during different times of day. (they would get somewhere in the order of 500 messages a weekend)
