I have a customer who has a recording device on their isdn lines but needs to announce that that calls may be recorded.
The customer has DID to groups and extensions and I need when a call comes in its answered with the message ' this call is important and you maybe recorded...etc' then return back to the correct groups or extensions for that DID.
Samsung OS7200
Any ideas?
Was thinking fwdid, using wildcards?, and dont really want to setup 50 menus wink

Thanks.

This isn't too hard todo, I have several 200+ room student accommodation's which do this.
DID's to come into an upfront AA then get routed to the rooms via a PTR file unless the indials match the extensions then it's easier.

Send me a pm/email and i'll give you some more detail.
