Hi Everyone,
We are going to be taking incoming call transfers through our Toshiba CTX-100 PBX and I am wondering how we can go about this. Basically we need the calls from a DID to go into a queue, allow agents to pickup a call from the queue when ready, and if the caller has been in the queue for longer than 90 seconds then forward it to the operator.
Can the Toshiba PBX we have do this?
Thanks,
Caleb

It sounds like like you're looking for ACD or UCD. It's best to talk to a local dealer who can better assist you by maybe coming out and taking a look at what you have and explain to you the differences between ACD and UCD and give you their recommendations and pricing.
