I recently became a reseller for the SL1100 and have been learning the system. One thing I am having problems with is seeing inbound CID information when the call is ringing in. I can see the info after the call is received but not while it is ringing in. Please help.

Look under COS (System or something like this) area under incoming calls.

Upgrade the system to the latest version of software - some of the earlier versions that may ship from the suppliers, CID is turned off. If calls are to be answered by auto attendant, be sure to go to 14-01-22 & turn on for each trunk
