I had a technician install a NEC 4 port Digital Call Logger for a customer behind InACD with the VSR Manager for tracking and listening to the calls. 780273 NEC 4 Port Digital Call Loggin 780325 LKS-IP DIGITAL-Manager Port-1 Now the customer is calling saying when they launch the VSR Manager (Playback feaure of the recorder) you get a message in the playback area that says Unlicensed-Replay limited to 30s. Does anybody know how to get the playback to allow the entire message to be heard?
