hey guys
i downloaded the latest ip office 8.1.67
but when i try to open it i get this program is win 32 and i cant
open it with windows 7 wich is win 64 is there a fix or i gotta change os on laptop???

Had same problem with Win XP. It will not support Win 7 only Win 7 Pro.
However the problem I had with XP was my brower. I changed to Google Crome and it download like a charm.
On my new Win 7 Pro I did not have a problem. Try changing brower or upgrade to Win 7 Pro

How is a bad download Avaya's problem? I've downloaded it and installed it to both WinXP and Win-7 with no problems.

How is a bad download Avaya's problem? I've downloaded it and installed it to both WinXP and Win-7 with no problems. Doesn't sound like a bad download to me. More like software not fully tested on all versions of operating systems out there today. -Hal

I don't know about fully tested. The docs are there telling you it's for Win XP and Win 7 Pro.
I could not download to Win 7.
