I installed a TDA-30 with a TVM-50. I sent up voice mail to email for one of the users. It worked fine for 2 or 3 weeks. It suddenly stopped working. The CG was there today and checked the settings all seemed to be good. No other changes have been made. I have it set to turn on the message waiting light and send email. Does any one have any ideas where to look. When I view the Email report it says that an email wasnt even been sent.

When you do a system trace, it will tell you that it failed and collect the message in a file. I have never had any luck with a named SMTP server so I always just ping or and used the numeric lookup that it returns.
See if you can then access the mail server by hand. For example, you could email me privately and I'll give you one of my test accounts that works from anywhere :-) If that setup works on your VM, then you have an addressing problem.
