I am trying to get Caller ID working on an Axxess 5.2F2. It has the DKSC16+ card, I have verified that Caller ID is enabled from the provider and I see it on my test set.
-Caller ID is set under the Trunk Service Type -The flag for Outside Party Call Information has Priority is Yes -The flag for Display Outside Party Name is Yes -The flag for Expanded CO Call Information on Displays is Yes
What am I missing???

You need an Options Card (OPC) with DSPs configured for Caller ID Receivers, and Advanced CO Interfaces enabled in Premium Features.

There was an issue with the DKSC-16+ Caller ID Receivers on version 5.2. It might be worth trying this without an OPC.

Thank you for the information guys, I will turn on the premium features and see if that works. If not, then I will go for the OPC card.
