I have a customer that has a box (incoming analog line connected to it) and the box is connected to a computer. The box and software they have is not working for them (software company has horrible tech support). They basically want an incoming call to be answered by the software, a message is left in a voicemail box and then it is emailed (will all info). The current system is a Rel1/T1 and a 2.0 NAM, so upgrading to put a Callpilot in would be too expensive. The software they current are using is NCH. Again the tech support is horrible. Any ideas?

There are companies, don't have a number, that are advertising on KFI 640 radio in LA. Contact them, I bet it is an almost nothing charge.
