Hi

I have set up a menu CCR tree with options 1 to 4 to choose from which all works great. Problem is that if you choose any option above 4 or don't choose an option at all the caller is routed to the attendant extension, if this is not available it goes to the general mailbox. I want the call to be disconnected if they choose the wrong option or none at all, or back into the CCR Tree menu would do

Any ideas would be much appreciated

Can you set "Attendant Available = No" in F982 and disable the gen del mailbox in system settings?

Thanks for your help, I have just turned off the General delivery mailbox so it now says the operator is not available then exits the system which should be ok

I would say it is better to send them back to the menu or people will get pissed having to call back.

Try just setting the Atdnt's DN to 000 under F982 and Table/X
