We just sold a new phone system to a company that had an Axxess system and was using Inside Track V2 for the SMDR. Our sales person told them that they could still use the Inside Track for SMDR on our new system (not an Inter-tel). I captured some of the SMDR from the Axxess and the format is different than the new Vodavi system. Inside Track looks like it will integrate with several Intertel systems and a few Premier. My question is: is the SMDR format from most Inter-tel and Premier the same layout between system models. I'm sure this is not going to work, but i want to double check just to cover myself. Thanks.

Axxess and Premier are somewhat the same, not exact.
I have never tried Inside Track on another manufactures system but i wish you luck.

PhoneGuy, I'm in the same boat with RCA on this one. If you'd like, we can move this thread over to the Vodavi Forum for you. I think you'd have better luck over there. Perhaps Ed or one of the other Vodavi techs will have come across this on that system.
