Hi, I was able to do some port forwarding with a MP20-S where the voicemail is on the same card as the main system. But with a new install MP20 + a SVMi20i with port forwarding I can connect to the base system, but I get a time out on the VMAA. That's on a version 4.65 + 6.02 SVMi in remote connection. On the lan I have no problem ..... 5090, 5003 to MP20 and 6001, 6002, 21 to SVMi Did anyone was able to make this work, it's on a Juniper SRX router not really easy to configure.

Since your running 4.65 have you configured your dm/management ip white lists for your public ip address?

I did not add any address, so the system by default is wide open. When you add address, then you must white list them.

You can't leave the management white list empty. Put customers lan ip range(s) and your public ip in and see if that fixes your issue.

I'm able to use the port base configuration from 2.Configuration up to 6.System Control. Nothing in the VMAA using telnet "public address" 6001, I'm connecting to something, same thing with the other port 6002 and 21. My colleague in network tell me that the port are open if you can telnet, I'm going through the router so the port are open.

Just check that the 6001-6002 and 21 ports are forwarded to the svmi20i card not the MP20 card.
