I need to know where to go in Elite Mail IPK II webpro to reset an extension password on a NEC Dterm80. The employee has left and we need to retrieve voice mails. Thanks.

Is this the voicemail password?? If so the system admin can login to the voicemail system via System Manager and clear the old password..
