Hi, I have a customer with two sites where we're setting up two 40's with StrataNet. They also had me set up their small office VPN between the same sites, I had no issues there, it seems to be working fine. Then I set up their StrataNet using the cheat sheet and everything seemed to be going well but when we try to intercom the other site it fails (call abandon). I've done the same set-up before with no issues, but that was on a customer supplied VPN.
My question is, is there something I should be looking for in the VPN settings that is blocking the communications? I'm relatively inexperienced with VPN configurations, so I'm probably missing something obvious. Thanks for any tips!

It seems it's a VPN problem. The .2.0/24 location and Intercom to the .1.0/24 location, but communication doesn't work the other way. It seems I'll need a static route going from Site A to Site B. I'll post the fix as soon as I get it working.

Problem solved, by the way.
I took the piece of crap Belkin router out of there and replaced it with a Cisco and everything's working great.
I do have two more questions though, I'm hoping someone might help me.
The setup is two sites with CIX40s connected via Stratanet. There's an LVMU in Site A only. Site B mailboxes are working ok, but the message lights aren't lighting. I think I had this problem once before a while back, but I can't remember what I did to fix it.
Also, if I want to give someone at Site B dedicated line buttons for Site A phone lines, is there a way I can do that? For example:
Page Caller ID Xfer to VM Site A Line 3 Site A Line 2 Site A Line 1 Site B Line 3 Site B Line 2 Site B Line 1 PDN
Or would I have to do this with pool groups?

For the Message waiting lights, I may be wrong but I think you meed the processors working through the VPN as well as the IP cards, same as if you were setting up Network DSS/BLF
As for the line buttons, you will have to store codes on one touch buttons. ie, "81,#700x"
where 81 is the network site access code and the rest is the individual line access code with x being the single digit line number
