I have a partner plus that is being used for analog connections for emergency phones. I am not getting dial tone when coming off hook. Is there something in the programming that allows the phone to give internal dial tone instead of looking for outside dial tone. HELP!!

With analog sets, when you go off hook you should pull intercom dial tone. Them dial 9 for outside line.
Did this ever work?

automatic line selection can be set for whatever you want . maybe its set to go to a line that no longer has dial-tone rather than ICM
when you go off hook does a line key light up ? if its a analog set does a line key light up on a display set ?
you may want to reset it to go to ICM

Yeah. In centralized programming pick the extension you want then hit** intercom and ** to exit. This should only pull intercom dialtone. You can also do this procedure to select the order in which it will grab other lines too.
