This weekend we upgraded our phone system from 8.2 to 9.1. Love some of the new features like phantom extensions and call logging, but discovered after the upgrade that many of the commonly used feature codes changed! Does InterTel have any idea what that does to keymaps?!!?!
We have almost 200 phones and 5 different standard keymaps set up including Axxess bascic, Executive, and 8560 model phones.
I spent more than 2 hours trying to reprogram keymaps and change feature codes back to what they were!!!!! If you are upgrading to this version be aware that these changes will take place!
