Got a call from a company whose Voicemail unexpectedly changed from spring company greeting to summer a few weeks early. Where is the scheduling done for this or is there an overide code to force a particular greeting instead?

Sounds like you need to look in Voicemail Pro at the condition editor, and look for a calendar.

Thanks Touch Tone Tommy. I'm going back on site this week to take a look for it! Are you any relation to my good friend Dr. Danny Dialtone up in Norcal? He was a GREAT guy to work for/with!

Is there a way to just do it manually from the attendant's phone? Their schedule changes periodically for holidays.

You can certainly use a button on a set to control Holiday service, and set the flow in VM Pro to first check the status of the button (it will actually be the NS button for an unused group), and if it is ON, send the calls one way, if it is OFF, send them the regular way.
