1. Press TRANS/PGM, then press the flex button you want to program. 2. Press TRANS/PGM again. 3. Enter 47, then enter the number of the mailbox to be associated with the selected Flex button. 4. Press HOLD/SAVE to save the setting

Wow ..I have looked long and hard for this information! Thanks! By the way, why is this feature not in the 3.5 edition P&O Manual? I'm looking at fixed and flex codes, and 47 is not listed. Are there other codes/features which aren't listed in the manual?

Thanks, It was in the manual last time I looked. It's under the "Mailbox Buttons" listing.
