I have a customer who I upgraded their cabinet and cards from a DK280 up to a CIX670. There appears to be one phone that cannot use the Automatic Call Back (ACB) feature and it happens to be the only person in the building who actually uses that feature. I have checked all the settings in Emanager and that phone is setup just the same as the others. Any ideas? I am also looking to pay a tech to help me navigate the LCR on this system. If anyone is interested please email me [email protected] I could use the help today.

I would try using a different port as a start, probably won't help but its a far shot.
Could you give him another extension that does ACB?
Are you using a button or the soft keys? Not real sure on this but I think you can do it both ways, don't have my computer fired up and I have to make dinner now.
